Exhibitor's Assistant is driven by a Master Choices Menu (below) that never leaves your view. You don't have to "hunt for things" through some obscure menu system.

The Master Lists contain commonly used data to minimize redundant typing. The data in these lists is available to you via drop-down list boxes when creating Master Reports. Master Reports can be printed, exported to e-mailed to multiple individuals.

To learn about the features in detail, and to see a simulation of how Exhibitor's Assistant always keeps the Master Choices Menu in front of you, click on any of the Smart Buttons in the Master Choices Menu. This opens a data window below the Master Choices Menu. All the information appurtenant to the Smart Button you select is entered, stored and edited in the data window associated with that Smart Button.

You can enter, delete or edit the data in any of the fields in a data window. This becomes your database associated with that function and you can keep track of all the related information in one place. When you need the data for a certain event, that information will already be in the system. There's no need to enter the data more than once.
